See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Forms of proxy and proof of debt can be obtained from mail@dvtgroup.com.au and must be lodged with the Administrators no later than 4:00PM on 8 April 2025.

To attend and participate in the meeting, please submit or email a completed Proof of Debt form and Proxy form to mail@dvtgroup.com.au.

If you will be attending the meeting but wish to record a vote in advance of the meeting, you may do so by notifying this office at mail@dvtgroup.com.au with details of your vote(s).
