Pursuant to s444DA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001, to consider approving a proposed Pooled Deed of Company Arrangement in the form of the deed proposal attached as Annexure "A" to the Administrator's report to creditors dated 31 July 2025, notwithstanding that the Deed of Company Arrangement does not include terms preserving the strict priority of debts set out in s556, 560 and 561 of the Corporations Act 2001.
