See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

To attend and participate in the meeting, please submit or email the completed Proof of Debt or Claim form and Proxy form to Fairuz Prabowo of my office (fairuz.prabowo@westburnadvisory.com.au) by no later than 12 March 2025 by 5:00 PM.

Once my office receives a completed Proof of Debt form, you will receive a Microsoft Teams link.
