Notice is given that a meeting of the eligible employee creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
(a) To consider the Administrators' reports in relation to the eligible employee creditors and the Company's affairs and any other matters relating to the Company.(b) To resolve in accordance with Section 444DA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001:"That the proposed deed of company arrangement does not require a provision to the effect that anyeligible employee entitlements will be entitled to a priority at least equal to what they would be entitled ifthe property were applied in accordance with Sections 556, 560 and 561 of the Corporations Act 2001."(c) To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.
