Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

If you wish, or a proxy or attorney appointed by you wishes, to participate in the meeting you or your proxy or attorney must give to the Administrator, not later than the second-last business day before the day on which the meeting is to be held, a written statement setting out:

? Your name and the name of your proxy or attorney (if any)
? An address to which notices to you, or to your proxy or attorney, may be sent, and
? A method by you, or your proxy or attorney, may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
