ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
5. any other business

- To consider a resolution (as per Corporations Regulation 5.6.14B) that the meeting of creditors of Project 1876 Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) which is to be held on Wednesday, 3 May 2017, proceed, notwithstanding that creditors have received less than ten (10) business days notice for the meeting.

- To consider authorising the Joint & Several Liquidators to enter into a Deed of Settlement and Release on terms similar to those disclosed in the Liquidators report to creditors dated 2 May 2017 pursuant to Section 477(2A) and Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting by telephone must return to the convenor of the meeting not later than the second last working day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney, (if any), an address to which notices to the person proxy or attorney may be sent, a telephone number at which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted and any facsimile number to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person who participates in the meeting by telephone, must pay any costs incurred in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
