ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive a circular to creditors by the Deed Administrators about an update regarding the conduct of the Deed Administration, expected realisations and potential recoveries, and likely outcomes for creditors;
2. To receive details of a proposed verification to the Holding DOCA that allows the Company to remain in administration to enable the continued collection of outstanding debtors; and
3. for the creditors of the Company(ies) to resolve that:
a. the Company(ies) execute a varied deed of company arrangement; or
b. the Company be wound up after termination of the DOCA executed on 3 December 2024.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
