ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 15 November 2013.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)

4. To consider a resolution pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 to approve the liquidator entering into an agreement that exceeds more than 3 months.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
