Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive and consider a report from the Liquidators.
2. To fix or determine the remuneration of the Liquidators.
3. To approve the payment of internal disbursements incurred by PricewaterhouseCoopers
4. Any other business.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

There will be access to telephone conference facilities for creditors who cannot attend the meeting. Please contact Aaron Sonnberger by 29 July 2019 if you require access to teleconference facilities.

Creditors wishing to attend and vote are advised that proof of debts and proxies must be submitted to us by 4:00PM on 29 July 2019.

A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who wishes to participate in the meeting by telephone must give to me by 29 July 2019, a written statement (email to aaron.sonnberger@pwc.com will be accepted) setting out:

i. the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any); and
ii. an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.

A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by telephone must pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the company.
