Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the Administrator by:

Arrangement can be made for creditors to attend the meeting via telephone conference facilities. Creditors intending on using these facilities will be required to notify us of their intention, establish themselves as a creditor, and obtain the appropriate dial-in details.
