ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. Provide an update on the Administrators preliminary investigations;
2. Receive information that Committee Members may be able to provide to the
Administrators to assist in further investigations;
3. Discuss the proposed extension of the convening period within which to hold the second meeting of creditors;
4. Update on any discussions regarding possible deeds of company arrangement;
5. Any other business

Members of the committee are advised proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:
