ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 19 September 2014.

Other agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

- For the purpose of section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 the Liquidator be authorised to enter into agreements for more than three months
- That the Liquidator be authorised to compromise any debts due to the Company in accordance with Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001 on terms as he sees fit

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
