ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. To receive an update from the Joint and Several Liquidators regarding the liquidation of the Companies.
2. To fix the remuneration of the Joint & Several Liquidators.
3. Answer any questions from creditors.
4. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the convenor of the meeting by:

Creditors who wish to attend and vote at the meeting of creditors are required to complete and return a Proof of Debt Form. Individuals attending the meeting on behalf of a corporate creditor will also need to complete and return an Instrument of Proxy. Completed forms must be returned by 9:00AM (AEDT) on 21 November 2016. The relevant return addresses are detailed below:
