    • Pursuant to sections 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, the deed of settlement entered into by the Liquidator on 5 June 2025 in respect of Pahimakas Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and discussed in the report to creditors dated 11 June 2025 is approved by creditors and the Liquidator be authorised to agree to any subsequent amendments to same as he considers appropriate.

    Pursuant to sections 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, the deed of settlement entered into by the Liquidator on 5 June 2025 in respect of Patid Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and discussed in the report to creditors dated 11 June 2025 is approved by creditors and the Liquidator be authorised to agree to any subsequent amendments to same as he considers appropriate.
