  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • any other business

    • - To consider and approve the Liquidators entering into a costs agreement with Swaab Attorneys;
    - To consider and approve the Liquidators entering into a further deed of funding with Credit Equity Pty Ltd ATF Spring Park Unit Trust; and
    - To consider any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

    Special instructions

    Creditors wishing to participate in the meeting by using electronic facilities must return to the external administrator not later than the second-last business day before the day of the meeting, a written statement setting out

    iii. a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.
