Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Due to the threat of COVID-19 and in order to comply with the most recent health, social distancing and Government policy on gatherings, creditors will not be able to physically attend the meeting of creditors. Creditors can attend by electronic facilities and this will be via Zoom Meetings video conference.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
