Agenda

Agenda items are:

  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • to fix or determine the future remuneration of the external administrator(s)
  • any other business

    • - Provide a general update on the liquidation.
    - Consider the Offer, and if creditors are generally in favour of the Offer, pass a resolution to accept the Offer.
    - Consider and if thought fit, pass resolutions required to authorise me to:
    1. Compromise a debt greater than $100,000 in accordance with s. 477(2A) of the Act;
    2. Enter into a contractual arrangement longer than 3 months in accordance with s. 477(2B) of the Act.
    - Consider and approve the additional internal disbursements of the Liquidator for the period from 26 September 2024 to conclusion of the Liquidation.
    - To discuss any other relevant business which may arise.

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
