ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. any other business

4. That the Liquidator be authorised to compromise debts owed to the Company, for the purposes of Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act.
5. That the Liquidator be authorised to enter into agreements, for the purposes of Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act including litigation funding agreements.
6. That a Committee of Inspection be formed.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
