    -That creditors confirm the appointment of Giles Geoffrey Woodgate as Liquidator of the company;
    -That a Committee of Inspection is, in the opinion of the creditors, not required;
    -To fix or determine the future remuneration of the Liquidator; and,
    -To approve the Liquidator's future internal out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements and expenses incurred during the period of his appointment.
