Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

1. To consider the Official Liquidator's report concerning the conduct of the winding up to date.2. For creditors to consider motions addressing the current and future remuneration of the Official Liquidator;3. To consider any other business properly brought before the meeting.
