Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

We ask that you register to attend the virtual meeting by advising Catherine Lim of my office on catherine.lim@olveraadvisors.com no later than 4:00 PM AEDT Monday, 25 March 2024. The video conference link will be provided upon registration.

Please note under Insolvency Practice Rules (Corporations)(IPR) Section 75-3 if you wish to participate in the meeting using such facilities, you must give to the convener a written statement setting out:
(i) the name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any);
(ii) an address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
(iii) a method by which the person, proxy or attorney may be contacted for the purposes of the meeting.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
