ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

Agenda items are:

(a) To hold the meeting of creditors concurrently for the following entities:

a. Next Constructions Pty Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement);
b. Next Contracting Pty Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement); and
c. Next Contracting Group Pty Ltd (Subject to Deed of Company Arrangement).

(b) To determine whether the creditors wish to resolve:

a. Next Constructions Pty Ltd, Next Contracting Pty Ltd and Next Contracting Group Pty Ltd execute a Variation to the current Deed of Company Arrangement.

(c) approval of the additional remuneration of the Deed Administrators.

(d) any other business.
