"To authorise the Liquidator, pursuant to Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, to enter into a repayment agreement exceeding 3 months, relating to the debt owed by Rhyl Nayler to the Company, to enable settlement of the claim against the Director of the company for $100,000 in full and final settlement in this matter."
