ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of creditors; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the Administrator by:

Arrangements have been made for creditors outside of Southport to attend the meeting via conference call facilities. Creditors intending to use the conference call facility are required to notify us of their intention and collect conference call details at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
