Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

In light of the recent government directive that all non-essential services be suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it is suggested that creditors inclined to vote at the meeting submit forms of special proxy in favour of the Chairperson directing their votes. We encourage creditors not to attend the meeting in person.

Furthermore, this meeting will also be conducted virtually via Zoom videoconferencing and telephone conferencing facilities in an effort to maintain safe social distancing practices.
