Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Please email your Proof of Debt and Proxy forms to Fatima Deen of my office at fdeen@palco.com.au by 4:00pm on 4 July 2023 to confirm attendance at the meeting. Creditors who have not submitted documentation can be excluded from the meeting.
