ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Virtual meeting facilities will be made available at the meeting via online video conferencing (Zoom). If you or the person you have appointed is intending on accessing the meeting virtually, please contact our office and provide your completed particulars of debt form, and if applicable, your proxy form, to obtain the relevant virtual meeting access details.
