Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. To consider the report of the Liquidator;2. To approve the remuneration of the Liquidator, as set out in the Liquidator's remuneration report dated 5 February 2013, for the period from 21 January 2013 to 31 January 2013, in the sum of $1,047.50 plus GST, but subject to upward revision by resolution of creditors, and that the Liquidator be authorised to make periodic payments on account of such accruing remuneration. Disbursements are additional;3. To approve the remuneration of the Liquidator, as set out in the Liquidator's remuneration report dated 5 February 2013, for the period from 1 February 2013 to the conclusion of the Liquidation, in the sum of $5,000 plus GST, but subject to upward revision by resolution of creditors, and that the Liquidator be authorised to make periodic payments on account of such accruing remuneration. Disbursements are additional; and4. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
