Agenda

Agenda items are:

  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
  • any other business

    • For Creditors to consider and resolve:-

    i. Whether the Deed of Company Arrangement should be terminated and the Company be wound up; and

    ii. If the Company is wound up, to appoint Schon Gregory Condon as Liquidator of the Company.

    Should the Company be wound up:-

    i. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the Liquidator;

    ii.to appoint a Committee of Inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members;

    iii. to consider the early destruction of books and records of the Company after the conclusion of the Liquidation.

    Proof of debt and proxies

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:
