ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Electronic facilities will be made available via webinar. To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to Alexis Susa on Alexis.Susa@bdo.com.au by 4:00 PM (AEST) on Wednesday, 17 July
2024 which sets out:
- Name: The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any);
- Address: An address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent; and
- Contact: The method of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.

On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting. A person, or the proxy or attorney of a person, who participates in the meeting by telephone must
pay any costs incurred by the person, proxy or attorney in participating and is not entitled to be reimbursed for those costs from the assets of the Company.
