- To determine the remuneration of the Liquidator - To determine the future remuneration of the Liquidator - To receive and consider report from the liquidator dated 9 February 2024- That pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act, the liquidator be able to compromise a debt above $100,000 and give a discharge to that debt- To approve the Liquidator entering into and agreement with Scott Morris for the payment of monies which extends for a period greater than the duration of three (3) months, pursuant to section 477 (2B) of the Corporations Act- Any other business

Details for creditors to attend the meeting will be provided to those creditors who submit a written request to attend the virtual meeting accompanied by a completed proof of debt and proxy form. Pursuant to Section 75-110 of the Insolvency Practice Rules (Corporations) 2016 (IPR), resolutions at the meeting will be decided on a poll.
