Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to determine the remuneration of the administrator(s)
2. to determine the future remuneration of the administrator(s)

3. To consider and if thought fit, adopt the Administrator's Statement of Receipts and Payments

4. To consider and if thought fit, to end the Deed of Administration

5. Any other general business which may arise

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the deed administrator by:
