Agenda items are:
- to receive and consider a report from the Liquidator;- to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the Liquidator;- to compromise a debt of the Company greater than $100,000 pursuant to section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act 2001;- to approve the retrospective remuneration of the Liquidator; - to approve the prospective remuneration of the Liquidator; and- to consider any other business.
