See Company details (above) for the date of appointment and the section of the Act under which the administrator was appointed.

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Virtual meeting facilities will be made available at the meeting via a telephone call.

If you or the person you have appointed is intending on accessing the meeting virtually, you must return to my office (by e-mail to info@gtsadvisory.com.au) the completed proxy form (Annexure E) and indicate that you/they will attend the meeting by electronic means and complete the relevant section of the Proxy form.

Upon receipt of the completed proxy form, I will provide creditors with a teleconference facility number and a pin code to join the meeting by telephone.

Creditors wishing to attend the meeting using virtual meeting technology are advised they can use the following facility to attend the meeting:
