Agenda items are:
1. To receive an update on matters relating to the administration, in particular the DOCA proposal received on 19 December 2019.2. To receive and consider the draft Report to Creditors, to be issued to all creditors on 10 January 2020.3. To approve the Administrators remuneration for the period 4 December 2019 to the end of the administration, calculated on a time and cost basis. A remuneration report for the period 4 December 2019 to the conclusion of the administration will be issued to all CoI members prior to the CoI meeting.4. To consider any other business that may be relevant to the administration.
