Agenda

Agenda items are:

1. To consider any statement from the director about the company's business, property, affairs and financial circumstances
2. To receive the Administrator's report, the options available to creditors and recommendation
3. For creditors to resolve one of the following:
a. the company execute a Deed of Company Arrangement; or
b. the Administration should end; or
c. the company be wound up.
4. Should it be resolved that a Deed of Company Arrangement be executed, to consider the remuneration and expenses of the Deed Administrator
5. Should the company be wound up, to consider the appointment of Liquidator
6. Should the company be wound up, to consider the appointment of a Committee of Inspection
7. Should the company be wound up and no Committee is appointed, to fix the remuneration and expenses of the Liquidator
8. Any other business

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

- Your name, or the name of your proxy or attorney (if any); and
- A nominated email address to receive a Microsoft Teams invitation.
