Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

Forms of proxy and proof of debt can be obtained from the undersigned, and must be lodged with the administrators no later than 5:00PM on 24 April 2024. Forms can be sent by email to Anthony Riyaldi at mail@dvtgroup.com.au or posted to dVT Group at PO Box 9500, Harris Park, NSW, 2150.

Voting at the meeting will be conducted via a poll.

If you will be attending the meeting but wish to record a vote in advance of the meeting you may do so by notifying Anthony Riyaldi at mail@dvtgroup.com.au with details of your vote(s).
