Notice is given that a resumed meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a resumed meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

1. Liquidator's statement of receipts and payments and Liquidator's report
2. Consideration of Liquidator's remuneration
3. Consideration of approval for the Liquidator to compromise a debt greater than $100,000
4. Consideration of approval for the Liquidator to enter into an agreement with terms that exceed three (3) months
5. Any other business which may properly be brought forward
