ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a first meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a first meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

(If multiple companies, see special instructions for meeting times)

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to consider:

1. whether to appoint a committee of inspection; and
2. if so, who are to be the committee's members.

At the meeting, creditors may also, by resolution:

1. remove the administrator(s) from office; and
2. appoint someone else as administrator(s) of the Company.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator by:

If you wish to attend via ZOOM it will be necessary to either send an email to ogrieves@beaconadvisory.com.au or to contact Mr Oliver Grieves of this office on (02)5104 3990 by no later than 4:00PM AEST on Tuesday, 14 January 2025 to obtain the relevant log-in details.
