NOTICE OF MEETING OF MEMBERS OF COMMITTEE OF INSPECTION

Meeting details

Notice is given that a meeting of the committee of inspection of the Company, or a meeting of the committee of inspection for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Location: Due to the threat of COVID-19 and consistent with government policy, a virtual meeting will be held. ASIC supports us convening a virtual meeting of creditors via online video conferencing so that physical attendance at a meeting is not required.
Meeting date: 26 June 2020
Meeting time: 10:00AM

Agenda

Agenda items are:

  • to receive and consider a report from the external administrator(s)
  • to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the external administrator(s)
  • any other business
  • Obtain the Committee of Inspection approval pursuant to
    1) Section 477(2A) of the Corporations Act, authorising the Liquidators to compromise a debt where the amount claimed is greater than $100,000.
    2) Section 477(2B) of the Corporations Act authorising the Liquidators to enter into an agreement where a term or obligation may be discharged more than 3 months after the agreement is entered into.

    Special instructions

    The virtual meeting will be conducted via Zoom, further details in respecting to accessing and using the facilities provided by Zoom are available at www.zoom.us. Should any creditor wish to attend and not be able to access Zoom, they are encouraged to contact our office to discuss alternative arrangements to attend the meeting virtually.

    To access those facilities, you need to provide a statement by email to Erica Ng on eng@lowelippmann.com.au , not later than 2 business days before the meeting which sets out:
    -Name: The name of the person and of the proxy or attorney (if any)
    -Email Address: An email address to which notices to the person, proxy or attorney may be sent
    -Phone: The phone number of contacting the person, proxy or attorney for the purposes of the meeting.

    On receipt of this statement, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the facilities for the meeting.
