ASIC Published Notices

Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. any other business

That the Liquidator be authorised pursuant to subsection 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001, to enter into a Deed of Settlement and Release with DJD Brick & Blocklaying Pty Ltd, Mr Daniel Souvleris, Mr Dennis Souvleris, Mr Steven Peter Andrews, Mrs Vera Andrews, Ronteal Pty Limited and Danjay Pty Limited (the relevant parties) in respect of the settlement of all claims between Masonry Works Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) and the relevant parties on terms not materially different to those contained in the Report to Creditors dated 8 July 2016.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies should be submitted to the liquidator by:
