Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to consider a summary of the receipts and payments of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. any other business

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:

Creditors intending to use the conference call facilities are required to notify us of their intention and collect conference call details at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
