    • - To consider the power of the liquidators to compromise a debt to the Company exceeding $100,000.
    - To consider the power of the liquidators to enter into an agreement on the Company's behalf where the term may end more than 3 months after the agreement is entered.
    - To ratify the appointment of the existing liquidators.
