Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to receive and consider a report from the liquidator(s)
2. to fix or determine the remuneration of the liquidator(s)
3. to fix or determine the future remuneration of the liquidator(s)
4. to appoint a committee of inspection and, if so, who are to be the committee members

To provide the Official Liquidator authority under Section 477(2A), Section 477(2B)and Section 542(4) of the Corporations Act 2001.

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
