Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:

1. to provide an update on the current status of the liquidation to date;

2. to seek creditors approval to accept the offer of $10,000 in full and final settlement of the debt due by the director;

3. to seek approval for my current and prospective remuneration to the completion of the administration; and

4. any other business that may be lawfully brought forward

Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies must be submitted to the liquidator by:
