Notice is given that a meeting of the eligible employee creditors of the Company, or a meeting for each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

Agenda items are:
1. The meaning and effect of Section 444DA(1) of the Act; 2. The effect of the non-inclusion of a provision in a deed of company arrangement (DOCA) as required by Section 444DA(1) of the Act; 3. To consider the approval of the non-inclusion of a provision as required by Section 444DA(1) of the Act under the DOCA proposal to the Creditors of the Company.
Eligible employee creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

Any creditor wishing to attend the meeting via teleconference must contact this office by no later than 4:00pm (local time) on 10 August 2023. Creditors should note that any costs incurred in attending the meeting virtually are their own to bear and these costs are not able to be reimbursed from the assets of the Company.
