    • Consider authorising the Liquidator to enter into a Deed of Settlement and Release pursuant to Sections 477(2A) and 477(2B) of the Corporations Act 2001 given that a debt to the Company in excess of $100,000 is being compromised, and the settlement period extends beyond three (3) months.

    Creditors wishing to attend are advised proofs and proxies are to be submitted to the external administrator by:

    Special instructions

    In accordance with Section 75-75 of the Insolvency Practice Rules, electronic facilities will be made available for the meeting via online video conferencing.
