    • "Pursuant to Section 477(2A) of the Act, that the debt due to M.A.K Precious Metals Pty Ltd (In Liquidation) from Australian Gold Capital Holdings Pty Ltd in the amount of $209,733.02 be compromised to an amount of $50,000. payable by way of the following instalments:

    - $30,000 on or before 1 February 2019;
    - $10,000 on or before 1 March 2019;and
    - $10,000 on or before 1 April 2019.

    ...in full and final settlement of its outstanding debt. Approval is sought on the basis that the principal debt is greater than the statutory amount for compromise of $100,000"
