1. Discuss the Administrators' Circular to Eligible Employee Creditors dated 11 June 2025, the Notice and Report to Creditors dated 11 June 2025 and provide a general update on the status of the Administration.2. Consider a resolution pursuant to Section 444DA(2)(a) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (the "Act") that the provision that would otherwise be required under Section 444DA(1) of the Act will not be included in the proposed Deed of Company Arrangement ("DOCA") to be considered at the Second Meeting of Creditors to be held on Wednesday, 18 June 2025 at 12:00PM (AEST).3. Any other business which may be brought forward.
