Notice is given that a meeting of the creditors of the Company, or a meeting of creditors of each of the Companies, (for multiple companies), will be held:

The purpose of the meeting(s) is to receive a report setting out an account of the liquidators' acts and dealings and the conduct of the winding up of the Company(ies)for the 12 month period ending on 17 April 2018.
Other agenda items are:
1. To consider the liquidators' report to creditors;2. To table the liquidators' remuneration report and fix the remuneration and internal disbursements of the liquidators; and3. Any other business that may be lawfully brought forward.
